All orders require a 40% deposit. The balance is due before delivery. All orders are cartoned and shipped common carrier or U.P.S. Please call or e-mail us for an estimate on shipping cost. We accept personal checks, cashier's/certified checks, money orders, Visa, M/C, and Discover.

Our furniture is normally finished with a flat lacquer. Staining is also available on all pieces at an additional 5% charge. If you would like a specific finish or stain used, please let us know the brand and product name.

Every piece of Log Cabin Rustic Furniture is fully guaranteed. Our guaranty covers the frame only, when used in a normal manner. Cracks or checks may occur in the logs which enhance the uniqueness of each piece. If a naturally occurring check renders a piece unsafe or unsound, we will repair or replace it.
